First Clearing, LLC (FCC) provides brokerage-clearance services (member FINRA/SIPC) and is not affiliated with VFAM, SBI or any of SBI’s affiliate firms.

Privacy Notice. VFAM does not disclose any nonpublic information about our clients to outsiders, except for the custodian of the account or as required by law. VFAM restricts access to all personal and account information to VFAM employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you, our client. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard all nonpublic personal information. The only nonpublic information about our clients that we maintain is collected from information we receive from the client on applications or other forms and information about transactions with us or others. If a client ever closes their account(s) or become an inactive client, we will adhere to the privacy practice as described in this notice.

Acknowledgement. Account(s) with VFAM is not FDIC insured, is not a deposit or other obligation of or guaranteed by either SBI or an affiliate bank, and is subject to investment risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Customer Notice. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
